1. What Oenvy Is

Oenvy is a consumer wine app that provides sommelier-designed pairing recommendations, gift suggestions, and buying guidance. Our recommendations are drawn from a certified sommelier's pairing framework delivered through software — not professional or medical advice. We don't sell wine directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Oenvy. By using the service you represent that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.

3. Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Oenvy offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (monthly or annual). A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

• Billing is processed through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we handle individual cases in good faith.

5. User Content

Any taste preferences, notes, or pairings you create remain yours. You grant Oenvy a limited license to use this content to personalize your recommendations and improve the service. We don't sell your content to anyone.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from Oenvy.
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the API.
• Use Oenvy to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Resell or redistribute Oenvy content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Wine recommendations are opinions, not guarantees. Availability, prices, and wine inventory vary by retailer and region. Always drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws. Oenvy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oenvy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Oenvy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
